Penultimate Round at Palm Hill

Hail the DOGS and Bitches!!!

Thanks again to Kevin Glenton for compiling the scores.

The Weather not on side for the 50+ players who showed. Those that waited for the rain to stop were able to finish in plenty of time but many had already thrown the towel in early and left the course, so we had a few DNF's Jeremy Halma being one such player, he didn't even make it to the rain, as he tried to match the strategy of Paul 'Bigles' Preston by flushing his system with party juice hours before Tee off, clearly more flying hours required... Jeremy did however manage to win nearest to the pin on hole 8 before folding or passing out!!

Remember whether you finish or not or you forget to put your card in when rushing for a massage, your scores count so please hand your cards in before going to the showers to help compile the results of the day.

This Eclectic Championship has the largest score deficit between the leader and top ten challengers with 7 shots difference. However, this does not mean the fight is over for the ECLECTIC Champion at Palm Hills.

Congratulations to this weeks Winners and best losers whom were from Europe and mostly Central Europe!!

The Austrians re-contributed their prizes as they had to rush back to town early. The Dutch tried to make an impression Remon Roerman in particular by not changing his given handicap back to his actual handicap and thought '50 points' would go unnoticed!? Well...unlucky as Kevin and Mark were straight on the case frothing at the mouth!!! (Remon I told you to expect a hard time.....)

After everyone calmed down and adjusted Remon's handicap he still scored well enough to take the Weekly Champion OCB to his fellow cloggy countryman Ad Van "de man" Linden with 39 points (handicaps slashed even further LOL).
