About Us

The Djakarta Old Golf Society (D.O.G.S.) is a fun, informal golf group open to players of all skill levels.

Founded in 2005, the D.O.G.S. are known for their friendly, relaxed atmosphere and welcoming spirit. We play six-week tournaments at a rotating schedule of Jakarta’s top courses, with weekly prizes and a season-long points competition.

We don’t care how you play — just that you show up and enjoy the game.

Djakarta Old Golf Society, is always on the look out for new members.

​

If you are a new arrival or someone looking for another golf option in Jakarta and would like to play but you are worried about not knowing anyone in the group, worry no longer as the group will quickly adopt you and pair you up with a flight.

​

The group plays with a very relaxed (some might say too relaxed) and friendly, yet competitive atmosphere, with all standards of players welcome.  Each week we see beginners to scratch handicaps showing up to meet and challenge players from various companies and countries from all over the world.
