D.O.G.S. 3rd Round at Rancamaya

Hail the D.O.G.S., Another early start and fast round for the 22 players who turned up for round 2 of our Rancamaya tournament.  An additional bonus was the good state of traffic to and from the course making sure everyone was home early from golf on Sunday night. Gary White showed up to play this weekend taking home prizes for Drive & Pitch, Lowest Putts (28), Lowest Gross (72) and Weekly Champ with 43 Stableford points.  Not bad for a guy who used to have a 7.1 handicap.  Gary was so chuffed by his round he bought a much appreciated round of beers.  Thank you Gary! Kalea Sautter was another multiple winner taking home the Most Exercise (138) and Bobby Prize (16). Sarah Kartika took Longest Drive on number 11 to let the guys know the ladies can hit a big ball as well. Congratulations to all the winners. Our next round is at: Rancamaya Sunday, June 12th. Tee off 12:30 (or as soon as course allows) Fee 630.000 Nett There is a lot going on during our 3rd round; the YHOGs will be joining us and all fines and game fees will be donated to the Gentur Cleft Foundation.  We will also be having a match against Tee Set during our round.  Anyone wishing to represent the D.O.G.S. should let team Captain Mark Johnson know via e-mail at bdmjohnson@yahoo.com. Tee set is also having a party on Saturday night to which everyone is invited.  If you wish to join the festivities and stay at the hotel on Saturday night let Mark know and he can check if rooms are still available.
