As with past years the start of Ramadan has made the trip out to the course much more bearable. 45minutes each way and a 4 hour round had the entire D.O.G.S. Pack home before sunset on Saturday 27th. Rancamaya is at it's best on the back end of rainy season, with the greens running well after their aeration treatment, which annoyed the DOGS for the first couple of weeks. It remains a tough day out though, as the modest scoring numbers will attest. Welcome to new faces Liasta Singarimbun and Herve Bernabeu, hope you enjoyed your first outing, welcome back appearances from Gary White and Charles Lim. Mark "Dirty" Johnson added a little dog to the JOHNSON Kennel with 37 points, and off a handicap of 10 strokes, no surprises that he picked up lowest gross. After 7 years of playing with the DOGS Kevin Dobson picked up lowest putts for the first time – nice to see he’s finally learning! Details below. D.O.G.S. vs Tee Set at Rancamaya The D.O.G.S. and Tee Set will square off in their annual competition on Sunday June 11 at Rancamaya. Tee Set will be having a party on the Saturday night and has arranged group rates with R Hotel at the course. For those interested in playing golf on both days we have arranged with Rancamaya to give our D.O.G.S. rate to anyone wishing to play on Saturday afternoon.
