D.O.G.S. First Round at Klub Golf Bogor Raya

Hail the D.O.G.S.!!!!!,

A good start to our Bogor Raya tournament with 30 players turning up at the course to begin their quest for the Big Dog. Despite the course being very busy the starter began arranging groups early with the first Dogs on the tee box at 11:15.

We had some new faces and faces we haven't seen in quite awhile; welcome to Howard Short, Sung Young Kang and Yanisa and welcome back to Oliver Anderson, Mark Dempsey, Holger Molyendyk and Markus Lorenzini (who brought along Yanisa). We are glad you were able to join us and hope to see you again soon.

The course conditions allowed for many good scores. Paul Daud took advantage by taking two prizes a Nearest to the Pin and Drive & Pitch. Craig Edwards won the Deemples Monthly Medal with a 68 net. Steve Sutton was quite pleased with himself submitting his card with 41 Stableford points to find out it was only good enough for Runner Up. Chris Burley showed up with his A game and shot a 75 gross with 48 points to win Lowest Gross and Weekly Champion; he also grabbed a Drive & Pitch. Well done Chris!

Golfers are requested to be at the course by 11:30 to allow for arranging of groups and to take advantage of an early start should the course allow.
