Hail the DOGS n Bitches!!
Penultimate round had another top turn out with 53 cards handed in, many of whom were our Scandahooligan DOGS as it is their home course! Thanks for the excellent support everyone.
This week also saw some great gross scores, making up for last weeks disaster round for many. Congratulations to Ken Runyon for swinging his way to a 74 gross and taking the Weekly Champion with 44 points (bye bye handicap).
On the other end of the scale one of our past Champions (twice) Arne Tjaden decided it wasn't his day and claimed the Bobby Prize with 14 points!!! Never mind Arne there's always next week.... However, Andrew Doran put a respectable 127 to take the Most Exercise.
After 5 weeks of splendid golf conditions, the course has supported us well in getting all players out in good time. I'm sure the 100+ DOGS who have joined this Eclectic will agree that the course is in great shape and the caddies too.... they have been particularly attentive to the Celtic DOGS and have even started a little body painting to show their patriotism.... Maybe we'll see a little more body paint for next week boys!? (see photos attached).
Keep up the fantastic support and good spirit of "The Way We Golf" and bring yourselves and guests along for the FINAL ROUND of this DOGS Eclectic Champion at Imperial Lippo Karawaci.It's far from over as the handicaps are punishing the top 10 players... Surely Peter Thorley can't be allowed to win for a 2nd time in a row!? Adrian Bagsy Bain is looking favorite for the Best 4 Gross as he's slipped away from the BIG DOG top slot....
