Hail the D.O.G.S.!!!!!,
Looks like we’ve found the right Pawang for Bogor Raya as Saturday’s groups were able to enjoy a bright, sunny day for our Penultimate round at Bogor Raya. We inaugurated our phone around system to make sure we didn’t leave any stragglers (just a note, if you register through Deemples we’ll have your contact information and be able to check in on the day if you’re running late and we’ll make sure there’s a flight waiting) and the field got away into a relatively open course. Things backed up a bit on the second nine for both sets of starters but by then the bintang was doing its job.
Welcome to the newcomers this week! Indar Dhaliwal brought along Kush Sodhia who was visiting from Bangkok and the Finnish contingent swelled in numbers with Timo Karonen bringing along Weera Limjirakajorn and Markus Karonen to enjoy the course the sunshine and the company, as well as an ale or 2 at the 19th.
Stuart Wigley continues to set the standard for the D.O.G.S. with his 81 off the stick winning Lowest Gross. Amol Singhal and Dave Prosser’s 82's gave him a run for his money; for Amol that meant another Little Dog for his kennel and the Deemples Lowest Net. Its goodbye to Michal Lukasik, who is returning to Poland; safe travels mate, we hope you enjoyed your time in Jakarta, make sure you look us up next time you are in town.
