D.O.G.S. Second Round at Senayan National Golf Club

Hail the D.O.G.S.!!!!!,

20 players came out for Round 2 of our Senayan Tournament to enjoy the D.O.G.S. brand of golf. This week the Lady Dogs were well represented with 5 turning up to demonstrate their skills on the links.

Once again the course was well prepared, getting play underway on time. As with last week the D.O.G.S. were able to cruise around the course unimpeded leaving plenty of time after the game to enjoy the late afternoon sun in the clubhouse.

The D.O.G.S. had many newcomers this week; a very warm welcome to Maria Fongki, Masrivana "Ivan" Yusran, Risa Tirtayasa and Gaurav Shirke. Umi Bless and Jesus Ortiz also showed up after a hiatus. Thank you all for coming out! We are looking forward to seeing you again soon.

In addition to the newcomers and returnees we had some visitors a little more on the wild side join us.

James Bristow was in good form again, sweeping up 3 prizes; Nearest to Pin, Longest Drive and Lowest Gross with an 83.

Building on the committee's 2nd half "performance" Craig Edwards snatched the Booby Prize.

Umi Bless settled for a birdie on 13 after hitting the pin with her tee shot on her way to winning the Most Exercise award.

It's always nice to see newbie's win something; Masrivana "Ivan" Yusran took one of the Drive and Pitch prizes in his inaugural round.

The biggest smile of the day went to Andrew Abram who took home the Little Dog as our Weekly Champion with 40 Stableford points.

Congratulations to all of our winners! Full results can be viewed on our Leaderboard.

Time goes by quickly; next weekend we are already at the halfway point of this tournament; don't miss out on the chance for some city golf. Grab a friend and come out and join us for our next round.
