Hail the D.O.G.S.!!!!!,
18 players turned up for play for the first post PPKM Little Dog. As with previous weeks the weather was very cooperative making for comfortable playing conditions.
We had several newcomers this week; a big D.O.G.S. welcome to Marco Phillip, Lino Triasa, Dan Swinburne, Riccardo Lineri and Dannis Hoo. We hope to see you all back soon.
In addition to playing his first D.O.G.S. round Dan Swinburne also collected his first birdie in Indonesia on the Mountain course 8th.
Congratulations to our Weekly Champion Sarah Brown who took the Little Dog with 40 stableford points.

Due to implementation of even/odd plates system for travel to Puncak there is a bit of delay getting to the course after exiting the toll road. Players should allow extra travel time getting to the course.

The Rules and what it means when we play.

Test shots during a round
A shot with a ball with a similar size like the golf ball, during the round, as a test shot is not allowed.
A shot of loose impediments like a stone or anything coming from a tree is allowed.
After a hole is finished it is allowed to make a test putt on or close to the last green, if nobody is held up.
A ball was hit from the tee box and stays in the tee box (rolled only a short way or stayed on top of the tee); is it allowed to tee off the ball again?
Yes it is allowed to tee off the ball again. Within the tee box it is even allowed to move the ball and tee it off from another position within the tee box, that applies also for a ball, which was not hit at all.
Playing a wrong ball
Two players find out, after they holed out, that both played the ball of the other player, but none of them can imagine, that they mixed up the balls during the play.
Then there will be no penalty and it will be handled, as if the players mixed up the balls
before they hit them and for that, there is no penalty.

To ensure everyone's safety, players are reminded to follow the protocols set by Jakarta's COVID-19 Response Team:
Wear a mask properly wherever you go
Wash your hands with soap and running water regularly
Maintain a safe distance of 1.5 to 2 meters
Lastly, we certainly enjoy when you come out to play with us, but if you are ill, it is best to stay home and rest.

Matches can be played anywhere at anytime as long as both players agree. Challengers are on the lower rung and should initiate the request to play. Check out the board to see who you are playing against.
