D.O.G.S. First Round at Modern Golf & Country Club

Hail the D.O.G.S.!!!!!,

Happy New Year to everyone! The D.O.G.S. begin 2019 with 33 players submitting scoresheets following our first round of the year to at Modern Golf & Country Club. After teeing off at the appointed start time the D.O.G.S. were able to enjoy a great day of golf and get around the course at a quick pace.

Welcome to first time players Chris Chipman and David Fuller who played their first rounds with us. We hope you enjoyed the day and will be back soon.

Perhaps the pictures of everyone receiving their Blue Jackets in December gave some inspiration as David Prosser wasted no time getting to work making an Eagle on Hole #1. Good job!

Newbie David Fuller announced his presence by taking 1st Runner Up on the day with 38 points to go along with his Nearest to Pin prize. Tee Club President Roger Finnie showed up to see what the D.O.G.S. were all about and took the opportunity to show off his skills walking away with the Lowest Gross and Weekly Champion honours. Well done gents!
