Hail the D.O.G.S.!!!!!,
Following the fun round on Saturday and Tee Set's party Saturday night we had a big day at the course with Tee Set joining us for our yearly competition. D.O.G.S. Captain Mark Johnson had his team pairings up on the board and ready for play which left Tee Set Captain Ric Wymer scrambling to catch up and piece together his team. Groups began teeing off at 11:00 on both tees but with the large number of players the last groups were hitting their first ball at 12:15.
An early report in from Divya Ahuja had him and teammate Juju Juhaeriah struggling against Tee Setter's Cucu Chandra and Santi Miller; Divya lamented "mate we making pars and still not beating them" early on in the round. Afterwards they managed to turn things around and produce a good result for the D.O.G.S.
A total of 8 groups squared off to determine who would get the bragging rights for another year. Once the dust had settled all was right in the world and the good guys triumphed with D.O.G.S. regaining the trophy by 5 to 3.

In our weekly competition Andrew Waite won Weekly Champion beating out Divya Ahuja on countback. Divya also walked away with the Lowest gross 81 for the day.

Next week we play our final round at Rancamaya before taking a break for Eid al-Fitr. The format will be Red versus Blue where we will split players into 2 separate teams and have a Ryder Cup style competition with the winners getting bragging rights in the clubhouse following the round.
